Appointments

*Our office is open 6 days a week. We have after-school and weekend office hours for your convenience. When scheduling your appointment, please let us know the reason for the visit so that we can allow the appropriate amount of time for your child. We have a flexible schedule, accommodating same day and urgent visits. Calling ahead to schedule an appointment helps us maintain an efficient schedule. We would appreciate the courtesy of your calling to cancel if you cannot keep an appointment or if you will not arrive on time.

We ask that you arrive at the office 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, please notify the receptionist if your child is ill so that we can separate those with potentially contagious diseases from children who are well.

Please keep us informed of changes in your address, health insurance, email, and home or work telephone numbers.

Payments and Insurance

Payment, including that for insurance copays, deductibles and for non-covered services, is expected at the time of the visit. Plans may vary. Depending on your health plan, you may have a deductible and copays. If your plan includes copays, you pay the copay flat fee at the time of service. Depending on how your plan works, what you pay in copays may count toward meeting your deductible. Some preventive care services may not be covered. Reference plan documents for a list of covered and non-covered preventive care services. Please be aware that if a problem is addressed at a preventative visit, we do this for your convenience, but we are required to collect a copayment for the non-preventative portion of the visit. We cannot legally waive copays or deductible payments. Click here for more information from the AAP about why parents might receive a bill after a Well-Child visit.
